Blessed Retreat

We have successfully completed our annual vocation retreat in Nairobi, Kenya!

During this weekend, Fr. Don and I have been praying with the men who made retreat with us. We gathered for morning and evening prayer as well as celebrated daily Eucharist. In addition we have presented a number of reflections about the current mission need, as well as discussed the Glenmary way of life. We even had time for one-on-one interviews with each of  the men.

Today we will be departing the retreat center and will travel with each of the retreat participants to their home. "Moving up country" as they say in Kenya. Our travels will give us an opportunity to get to know each of the applicants better and allow for their families to meet Glenmary members and learn about where we come.  Please pray for us as we begin to move.
