In case you missed it this morning, Pope Francis became the first Pontiff to "unlock" an application designed for smartphones and handheld devices. According to Fr. Andrew Small, OMI, the National Director of Pontifical Mission Societies, the new App, Missio "is a way for the Church and our Holy Father to reach the growing number of the world’s people who have access to handheld mobile devices — a way to connect as the one Body of Christ.” To download the App visit their Website.
I think Fr. Andrew said it best when he said, Pope Francis "is putting the missionary Gospel in the pockets of millions of people, young and old, rich and poor, believer and searcher."
