One of the great joys of being a Glenmary Missioner is Holy Week in the missions. During this special time of the Church year we spend a lot of time in personal prayer and with the people in the missions. Glenmary mission pastors will be trying to cover all the liturgical celebrations in their respective missions. If a pastor has two or three missions this can mean a hectic schedule. Luckily help can be found from Glenmarians in non-parochial positions who are traveling to the missions to help. And the highlight of the week will of course be Saturday's Easter Vigil ceremony. Therefore we will be preparing for the baptisms, first communions and confirmations of the many people coming into the Church this year. One of the many stories of people coming into the Church in the missions can be found on our website. Please pray for all of those preparing to enter the Church this year.
