Pope Benedict XVI

In his resignation address this morning, Pope Benedict XVI said this regarding his ministry as Pope; "In today’s world, subject to so many rapid changes and shaken by questions of deep relevance for the life of faith..." in order to "proclaim the Gospel, both strength of mind and body are necessary."  Pope Benedict XVI

I think these fitting words are true for all of us in whatever our ministry, whether we are serving the Church, and People of God as Pope or as a missioner. I hope that his words and actions can inspire more young men with "strong mind and body" to follow their vocational call to become Glenmary priests or brothers.
