An important step for someone discerning their vocation with a religious community is to meet with the communities vocation director. Some men travel to Glenmary's Headquarters in Cincinnati to do this and others I meet with when I am traveling in their area. I am currently visiting men along the East Coast this week who would like more information about Glenmary. Usually the first meeting is an excellent opportunity for a prospect to be able to ask questions face-to-face and learn a lot more about Glenmary and the mission need.
